We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who can drive engineering execution while working directly with clients.

This role sits between:

• engineering teams,
• delivery/program management,
• and client communication.

You won’t code daily, but you should understand systems deeply enough to: spot risks, challenge estimates, unblock teams, and lead technical conversations confidently.

What You’ll Do

• Manage delivery of 1–3 concurrent engineering programs
• Run Agile ceremonies and track execution across teams
• Coordinate with backend, frontend, QA, DevOps & cloud teams
• Work closely with external clients on timelines, risks, and delivery updates
• Identify blockers early and drive resolution
• Review technical approaches with engineers and architects
• Ensure smooth releases, documentation, and delivery quality

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years managing software projects/programs
• Experience owning projects from planning → production release
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience

Technical understanding

• Good understanding of:
• web applications,
• APIs,
• cloud infrastructure,
• CI/CD,
• DevOps workflows
• Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes basics
• Able to understand code, architecture, and engineering tradeoffs

Client communication

• Comfortable handling client-facing technical discussions
• Able to manage expectations, risks, and escalations professionally
